WEAR
What should I wear to the visit?
Comfortable clothes that allow for full range of motion such as sweatpants and a t-shirt.
COST
How much does it cost for an appointment?
The initial New Patient visit is $300 and lasts 2 hours.
The follow up visit is $175 and lasts 1 hour.
Osteopathic manipulation is included in the cost of the visit. Other procedures such as trigger point or prolotherapy injections, joint injections, and equipment such as kinesiotape or heel lifts may incur additional charges.
INSURANCE
Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly at our office, though we will provide you with a document that you may submit to your carrier for reimbursement of your payment.
If you plan on filing with your insurance, please contact them to verify coverage, and if you will need a referral for services.
PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept checks, cash, and most major credit cards.
ADA
Is your clinic ADA accessible?
Our clinic is ADA accessible and has an elevator. Please let us know your specific needs before the initial visit to maximize your appointment time.
